The Team Leader is responsible for the quality of nursing care and support services and for ensuring consistent, efficient patient care in the Cath Lab. The Team Leader oversees the care provided by all team members in assuring continuity of care for their patients. The Team Leader will promote a philosophy of patient/family-focused care in all interactions with patients, families and hospital personnel and focus on understanding and meeting customer needs. The Team Leader will manage patient flow and the efficient use of human, fiscal and environmental resources. He/She will serve as a nursing or technical resource and role model for the nursing and technical staff. He/She establishes effective collaborative relation with other members of the Cath Lab team and support services staff. He/She collaborates with all support services to ensure that the Cath Lab is equipped, supplied, prepared and properly functioning for patients and physicians. The Team Leader oversees Performance Improvement activities in the Cath lab.
Current RN License to practice in RI; BLS, ACLS; Minimum 5 years Cardiac Cath Lab erxperience, 5 years critical care experience, CCU/CTICU preferred (step-down level does not qualify), previous leadership experienc in Cath Lab or related program required. Bachelor s Degree in Nursing preferred. Must be proficient in cardiovascular assessment and interpretation of cardiac rhythms, hemodynamic monitoring, and Intra-aortic Balloon Pump and the care of patients receiving moderate sedation. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and promote interdisciplinary collaborative teamwork, including in emergent situations.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
